A reservation, not a payment
The first thing worth saying is what the confirm button does not do. It asks for no card number and it charges nothing. What it does is put your name, your hotel and your guest count on one particular boat on one particular date, and tell us to come and collect you. The money changes hands in euros on the day you sail.
That is why the form wants a phone number and an email address and never wants card details. Nothing is held, nothing is authorised, nothing has to be refunded later, because nothing moved. And because nothing moved, changing your mind is cheap: every trip on this site cancels free up to 24 hours before departure.
It also means a booking is worth making earlier rather than later. Holding a place costs you nothing, so the only thing you lose by waiting is the date.
The four steps, in the order the form asks
- Date — choose the trip, then the day. Where a boat sells more than one fare, a trip option appears at this step: the pirate galleon and the Starcraft day each carry an All Inclusive fare alongside the standard one. Days the boat does not sail cannot be selected at all, so the calendar itself keeps you off a date that does not exist.
- Guests — adults, children and infants are counted separately because they are priced separately. Infants aged 0–3 sail free, children aged 4–11 pay the reduced child fare, and from 12 the adult fare applies. At least one adult has to be on the booking. Each boat also has its own ceiling for a single booking, and the form says so if your party is over it.
- Details — full name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, hotel, room number, and a free box for anything we should know. Only the room number and that box are optional; the rest is what makes the pickup and the confirmation work.
- Review — the whole reservation on one screen: trip, date, guest count, contact details and the total, before you confirm anything. This is the last place where a typo is free to fix.
Why we ask for a hotel and a room number
The hotel is the pickup point. Round-trip hotel transfer sits in the included list of all nine trips, within each boat's own recorded zone, so the hotel name is not paperwork — it is the thing that makes the transfer work at all.
The room number is optional and worth giving anyway. It is what turns a full lobby into the one family a driver is looking for. Your phone number does the same job from the other direction: it is how the pickup time reaches you, and how we reach you if the sea changes the plan.
If your hotel sits outside a particular boat's zone, that is a real limit rather than a formality, and the zones are not the same boat to boat. The night disco cruise names Mahmutlar and Kestel in its own record; the Green Canyon day is the only trip whose record names Avsallar as well as Alanya. The pickup time is not on this page, and here is why
No page on this site prints a pickup time, and this one is not going to be the exception. The time is confirmed per hotel, and our record holds no figure for any hotel on any boat. Anything printed here would be a number we invented, and you would plan your morning around it.
What is reliable is the shape of the thing. You reserve, a confirmation comes back with a reference on it, and the pickup time reaches you from us. The confirmation screen says the same two sentences in every language we sell in: we come back with your pickup time, and nothing is charged now.
Nor will you find a departure hour anywhere on this site. Our record carries neither figure, and the only clock time this cluster prints at all sits on the sunset guide, where the number is astronomical — the moment the sun goes down, not the moment anyone leaves a quay. Everything operational reaches you from a person, once you have booked.
What you can actually book — all nine, with the calendar catch
- Pirate galleon — €20 adult, €14 child, seven daytime hours, lunch of grilled chicken, rice and salad in the fare. This is one of the two boats where the All Inclusive option appears in step one: €40 adult and €28 child, unlimited soft drinks and the same lunch, no alcohol.
- Starcraft day cruise — €35 and €25, nine daytime hours, lunch cooked on board. The second boat carrying the All Inclusive option, on the same terms and the same departure.
- Disco night cruise — €48 and €34, four evening hours, no meal recorded. A DJ, an animation team and a foam show; the record calls it lively, and under-18s sail accompanied.
- Sunset sailing — €35 and €25, four evening hours, and nothing but the cruise: no food and no drinks in the fare at all. Evenings are cooler out there than on shore, so a layer is worth packing.
- Green Canyon day — €33 and €20, nine hours, open buffet in the fare, cold mountain-spring water rather than sea. The only trip whose record names Avsallar pickup alongside Alanya.
- Manavgat boat and bazaar — €43 and €30, nine hours, open buffet in the fare, and Monday and Thursday only. Two dates a week is the entire calendar for this one, which is why it is the trip guests most often have to move. The waterfall entrance is not in the fare.
- Suluada — €43 and €30, a full day, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday only. A long road leg each way, and no shops or facilities on the island itself, so whatever you want with you has to come with you.
- Fishing day — €50 and €35, six hours, hot lunch on board. Everyone fishes from the boat, there is a swimming stop in a sheltered bay, and open water can be choppy.
- Private yacht — €580 for the whole boat, six hours. That is a group price and never a per-person one: it is the same €580 whether you are a couple or a full party, and food or drinks only come aboard if they are arranged in advance.
The arithmetic, before the review screen does it for you
The total on the review screen is only the fares added up, and you can do it in your head first. Two adults and a six-year-old on the galleon: €20 + €20 + €14 = €54. A two-year-old in the same family adds nothing at all, because 0–3 sails free.
Move that family onto the All Inclusive fare — the same boat, the same day, the same departure — and it reads €40 + €40 + €28 = €108. What the difference buys is unlimited soft drinks alongside the same lunch, and no alcohol. It is an upgraded fare on two boats, not an all-inclusive boat, and the form treats it as exactly that: a second option in the dropdown, not a separate trip.
The private yacht is the one line that refuses this arithmetic. €580 is the boat rather than the seat, so nothing multiplies. The whole fare grid, and which trips put a meal in it, lives on the price page; if you have not settled on a boat yet, the chooser does that job and this page will not repeat it.
Changing your mind, and two things worth doing early
Free cancellation runs up to 24 hours before departure on every trip here. Closer in than that, the record gives us no rule to quote and we are not going to invent one — message us and we will tell you honestly where you stand.
Two things are cheaper done early than late. If your dates are fixed and the trip you want only sails on certain days — Manavgat on Monday and Thursday, Suluada on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday — the calendar decides for you, and it decides sooner than you would like. One last practical point: online booking opens from tomorrow onwards, not for today. For a boat today, message us instead — that is the one thing the form genuinely cannot do.
