Why there is no single number
Ask what a boat trip in Alanya costs and this site alone gives you nine answers, because it sells nine different days at sea. Adult fares run from €20 on the pirate galleon to €50 for the fishing day, and the spread is not decoration — it is the difference in hours on the water, in whether lunch is part of the fare and in what the deck sounds like.
So this page skips the misleading 'from €20' headline and lays out the whole grid instead: every fare next to its child price, its duration, its lunch and its pickup zone — and the one thing no fare here includes, which is drinks.

Children, infants and the family arithmetic
One child policy covers every boat: infants aged 0–3 sail free, children aged 4–11 pay the reduced child fare shown next to each adult price, and from the twelfth birthday the adult fare applies.
The sums are quick to run. Two adults and a six-year-old on the pirate galleon pay €20 + €20 + €14 = €54; the same three on the Starcraft day cruise pay €35 + €35 + €25 = €95. A baby in the group changes neither figure.
The €580 that does not work like the others
Every figure above is a per-person fare. The private yacht is the exception: €580 buys the boat itself for six hours — the whole of it. It is a group price, it is never charged per person, and there is nothing to multiply it by.
It also comes with no catering by default: food and drinks are on board only if you arrange them in advance. Pickup covers the central Alanya districts, and the route can be adjusted with the captain, weather permitting.
What is never in the price — and what always is
Drinks, first: no boat of this fleet includes them. Four of the boats — the galleon, the Starcraft, the night disco and the fishing day — carry a paid bar instead. The sunset sailing carries no food or drinks at all, and on the Green Canyon day even bottled water sits outside the fare. There is no all-inclusive boat on this site, and a listing that promises one is describing some other fleet. The Manavgat bazaar day adds its own footnote: the waterfall entrance is not part of the price.
On the other side of the ledger, two things hold everywhere: infants up to three travel free on every boat, and any booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.
