Thirty hotels, the largest footprint of the nine
Seen from the harbour, Okurcalar is the other end. It lies west of Alanya centre and it is the furthest west of the nine resort areas we write about on this coast. It is also the biggest: our registry carries 30 hotels here, more than any of the other eight, and more than the 25 it holds for Alanya centre itself. Alara Kum, Arycanda Kirman Premium, Botanik Hotel & Resort and Botanik Platinum are four of them, and the list runs a good deal further.
Those two facts together are the whole of this page. The longest hotel list we keep runs up against a set of pickup zones that does not contain the name at all — and a page that glossed over that would be selling you a sentence instead of an answer.
Three district names appear in the records. Okurcalar is not one of them
Across all nine products, only three sub-area names appear in any pickup record at all: Mahmutlar and Kestel, on the night disco boat, and Avsallar, on the Green Canyon day. Okurcalar appears in none of them.
That is not the same as "no transfer". Round-trip hotel transfer sits in the included list of every boat we sell, and within each boat's own zone it costs nothing extra. The trips whose record reads "the Alanya resort strip" cover that strip, and your hotel is confirmed one at a time before you travel. What it does mean is narrower and worth saying plainly: no page, ours included, can promise you a named Okurcalar pickup on a particular boat. Send us the hotel name and you get a straight yes or no instead.
What each record says, boat by boat
- Sunset sailing (€35 adult / €25 child) — recorded as "the Alanya resort strip", the broadest zone wording of the nine. Sub-areas are not enumerated, so we confirm your hotel individually.
- Suluada (€43 / €30) — also recorded as the Alanya resort strip; departures Monday, Wednesday and Saturday only.
- Pirate galleon (€20 / €14) — central Alanya only. Pickup outside central Alanya is recorded as excluded and handled on request, so from this end of the strip it is a question to settle before you book rather than after.
- Starcraft day cruise (€35 / €25) — central Alanya, with distant outlying resorts recorded as excluded. Okurcalar is not named either way, so ask us.
- Night disco boat (€48 / €34) — central Alanya, Mahmutlar and Kestel. Both districts it names sit east of the centre; Okurcalar is west, and anything outside the standard zone is recorded as excluded.
- Green Canyon day (€33 / €20) — Alanya and Avsallar. This is the only product naming a sub-area on the western side, and the name written in the record is Avsallar, not Okurcalar.
- Fishing day (€50 / €35) — central Alanya, in air-conditioned vehicles.
- Manavgat river day (€43 / €30) — from Alanya by air-conditioned coach, Mondays and Thursdays.
- Private yacht (€580 for the whole boat, never a per-person figure) — central Alanya districts.
Why we ask for the hotel and not the district
Thirty hotels is not one address. That is the practical reason confirmation is made per hotel rather than per district: the four named above are examples from a much longer list, and the answer for one of them does not automatically carry to the next.
So send the hotel name. The word "Okurcalar" narrows the question to thirty possibilities; the hotel name narrows it to one, and then we can tell you which boats work before you have paid for anything.
The small print is the same at every address on the strip
No boat we sell includes drinks — not one record does, and there is no all-inclusive boat on this coast whatever a listing elsewhere may suggest. Four of them carry a paid bar on board: the pirate galleon, the Starcraft day cruise, the night disco boat and the fishing day. The Green Canyon day excludes even bottled water, so pack your own.
Children travel free from 0 to 3, at the reduced child fare from 4 to 11, and at the adult fare from 12. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure — useful to know while your pickup is still being confirmed.
